Redline started in a two-bay garage with one rule: explain the repair like you'd explain it to your own family, then price it before you pick up a wrench. Twenty years later we run six bays and the rule hasn't changed. Every estimate is written, every replaced part goes back in your trunk if you want it, and if we find something unrelated while we're in there, we photograph it and call you before touching it.

Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
For oil changes, no; drive in before 4pm. For brakes, diagnostics, and detailing, book ahead so we can reserve a bay and have parts waiting.
Will you use OEM parts?
Your choice. We quote both OEM and quality aftermarket where available and tell you honestly when the cheaper one is just as good.
Can I wait while you work?
Yes. There's a waiting room with wifi and decent coffee. For bigger jobs we offer loaner cars and a shuttle within 5 miles.
What if you find other problems?
We photograph anything we find, send it to you with a price, and wait for a yes. Nothing gets fixed without your approval, ever.
